Have the students represent the number and mark the number on the hundred boards. On your hundreds board what pattern do you see as you move your finger from one number to the right? The students write the number that is rolled in either the 10s or 1s column. They do the same for the second number and onto their total. Provide students with a hundreds board or popping cubes to help them with this game.
